Job Summary:

The mechanic will perform routine and emergency maintenance as directed by engineering department supervisors.
This position is responsible for upholding best engineering practices for assigned tasks, as well as promoting safe work practices with all employees, vendors, and visitors.
Mechanic classification requires experience and proficiency in one or more defined skills such as diesel mechanic, electrician, HVAC, welding, pipefitting, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and carpentry.
